Subscription Savings Calculator
Add every AI and SaaS subscription you pay for. You'll see what your stack really costs per month and per year, what switching your monthly plans to annual billing could save, and how your total compares with an $800/year benchmark.
Everything runs in your browser — nothing is sent or stored anywhere. The annual-saving estimate assumes an annual plan costs 10× the monthly price (two months free, a common pattern). If you know a tool's real annual price, type it in the "Annual total" column and the estimate uses your number instead. Note: a few plans (for example ChatGPT Plus) have no annual option at all — set that row's annual total equal to 12× its monthly price to exclude it from the saving.
Your totals
| Total monthly-equivalent spend | $0.00 / month |
|---|---|
| Total yearly spend (current billing) | $0.00 / year |
| Estimated saving if monthly plans switch to annual | $0.00 / year |
| Yearly spend after switching | $0.00 / year |
Benchmark: $800/year (the bar fills toward $800; it turns amber if you pass it).
How to read this
The billing-cycle switch is the free saving. If a tool is in your stack to stay, annual billing usually discounts it 15–20% for nothing but commitment. Cancelling overlap is the bigger one: two AI assistants, or a writing tool plus a chatbot that already rewrites, often duplicate each other — our comparisons exist to help pick which one keeps the job. And if your total is far under the benchmark, good: the point was never to spend less than $800, it's to not spend it on waste.
Estimates only. Real annual prices vary by vendor and change over time — always confirm on the vendor's official pricing page before switching. See our Methodology.
